About Word Of Grace

Word of Grace Fellowship was founded in 1988, growing out of a Bible study at Evangelistic Centre in Rahway under Rev. Dr. Paul F. McCarthy. Led by founding Pastor Rev. John Hogan and Assistant Pastor Rev. Don Carson, the church began with about 20 members meeting at local YMCAs and launched the cable TV program Nothing but Grace in 1989. Dedicated to teaching the Gospel of Grace and the righteousness of God, the fellowship continues to uphold Rev. Hogan’s vision of a church centered on God’s grace. After Rev. Hogan’s passing in 2006, Rev. Don Carson became Pastor and Rev. Dr. Natalie Marino joined as Assistant Pastor. Today, Word of Grace Fellowship invites all to join in growing together in His amazing grace.

May 10, 2026 (Mothers’ Day)

Raise them in my Word – Mothers know that what you impart to your children will not be forgotten for when you train up a child in the way they should go, they will not forget it. I will be with them as I was with the Mothers’ in the Bible. Lean on me for those that trust me can be assured of me for I am with them. I live inside of you and can do for you in ways that they did not have. Trust me says the Lord and know that your love will endure. Love them and my love will sustain them!

Love with Agapeo love- Love with the agapeo love for that love is from me. I am love for there is no love outside of me for all that you have comes from me. Love and as you love things change. Do not look to the right or left but look straight ahead and I will sustain you. Lean on my provision for I am still Jehovah Jireh. My provision is sure for it is based on Calvary and the answer for you is so great that the devil cannot defeat you! Nothing can defeat those that are in me says the Lord

WINTER NEWSLETTER. DEC 2025

Each week we are getting closer to Christmas. I have a surprise for you? I will be speaking a message on something in line with the message of our Founder. I have combined it with the thoughts of our founder. Our founder was John Hogan and he died in 2006 so we need to continue to honor Him every day of our life. God says that we should appreciate what He does for us. Then Next week we will have our Christmas Sunday message. I hope that you will join us so we can celebrate our Savior and the value of who he is to us!

The Bible teaches that we are to bless those that bless us. When we give to God then God opens doors for blessing in our life. Giving allows you to receive from the Lord. Lk 6:38 So give according to your heart as God says 2 Cor 9:7

I am proud to be a member of Word of Grace Fellowship. The late Rev. John Hogan had the honor of performing my wedding ceremony, and after his passing, Rev. Dr. Don Carson stepped in to lead our congregation with unwavering dedication.

Pastor Donnie has definitely grown in the spirit and is very devoted. The zoom was a great venue to reach out to people who may not be close. My mom always looks forward to it every Wednesday and every Sunday, it rejuvenates her and lifts her spirit.
Murder Grace is a safe place for everyone and all are welcome. I’m proud to say I am a member of it.

What I like about attending church is the knowledge I receive during the services I attend.

Congratulations on our 37th year God’s faithfulness. We give thanks for the love support and fellowship we have experienced. May we continue to grow together in faith and service for many years to come. As we celebrate all that God has done in through our church.
